摘　　要：目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）和细胞增殖核抗原（Ki-67）在直肠癌组织中的表达及意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测55例直肠癌患者癌组织中VEGF和Ki-67的表达情况,并分析其与直肠癌临床病理特点的关系.结果 55例直肠癌患者癌组织中VEGF和Ki-67的表达在淋巴结有无转移中存在明显差异（P＜0.05）,不同的肿瘤浸润程度之间Ki-67表达存在差异（P＜0.05）,而两者的表达与性别、年龄、组织分化程度无关（P均＞0.05）,VEGF、Ki-67表达呈正相关（r=0.45,P=0.00）.结论 VEGF和Ki-67表达与淋巴结转移、肿瘤浸润程度相关,VEGF和Ki-67可作为评估直肠癌预后的参考指标.Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF and Ki-67 in rectal cancer.Methods Expression of VECF and Ki-67 in 55 cases of rectal cancer were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Its relationship with clinical pathological characteristics was analyzed.Results Immunohistochemical staining data showed that expression of VEGF and Ki-67 in patients with or without lymph node metastasis was significantly different （P ＜ 0.05）.Ki-67 expression was showed a markedly differences among different tumor infiltrating degrees（P ＜0.05）.There is no significant relationship between VEGF and Ki-67 with the gender） age） tissue differentiation degree （P ＞ 0.05）.The expression of VEGF were positively correlated to the Ki-67 expression （r =0.45,P ＜ 0.001）.Meanwhile the expression of VEGF and Ki-67 is associated with prognosis.Conclusion The expressions of VEGF and Ki-67 are associated with lymph node metastasis,tumor infiltration degree,which can be served as biomarkers in detection or prognosis of rectal cancer.
