摘　　要："宽带中国"战略的实施,提升了我国的网络服务质量和覆盖范围,同时也给数字图书馆建设带来机遇与挑战。图书馆必须抓住机遇,迎接挑战,要在"宽带中国"战略下求得生存发展,必须在数字资源整合、特色数据库建设、知识服务、拓展服务范围等方面努力,实现对图书馆资源形态与工作内容的重塑,提升竞争力。＂Broadband China＂ strategy not only enhances service quality and network coverage, but also brings opportunities and challenges to the construction of digital library. The libraries must seize opportunities, meet challenges, in order to develop, and the libraries must effort to integrate digital resources, carry out characteristic database construction and knowledge services, expand the scope of services, in order to restore the resources shape and working content, and enhance competitiveness of library.
