摘　　要：本文在分析高职院校图书馆质量管理现状的基础上,探讨引入ISO9000簇质量标准建立质量管理体系的必要性和重要作用,研究依据ISO9000质量管理八项原则如何架构高职院校图书馆质量管理体系,从而提高图书馆的管理服务质量和读者满意度。Based on the analysis of the present quality management of higher vocational college library, this paper discusses the necessity and importance of introducing ISO9000 duster quality standards to establish quality management system, and how to construct quality management system in higher vocational college library on the basis of eight quality management principles of ISO9000, so as to improve the management of the library service quality and reader satisfaction.
