摘  要:通过田间试验,研究了陇中半干旱地区不同灌水和磷肥施用量对全膜覆盖马铃薯产量和品质的影响.结果表明:在一定范围内,随着灌水和磷肥施用量的增加,马铃薯产量较对照不灌水不施肥提高了5.2%~25.7%.且马铃薯块茎淀粉、还原糖和蛋白质的含量均优于对照.但是当灌水和磷肥施用量增加到一定程度以后,马铃薯的产量反而呈减少的趋势.这说明合理的补施磷有利于提高马铃薯产量和改善薯块品质.通过试验得出灌水量为10.0 m3/667m2和磷肥施用量15.0 kg/667m2组合最有利于旱作马铃薯产量提高及品质改善.Through the field test,the effects of phosphoric applying and water replenishing on the yield and quality of potato with whole plastic-film mulching in the semi-arid area of Longzhong were studied. The results showed that with the increase of irrigation and phosphorus applying amount,the yield of potato increased by 5.2%~25.7 % than that of CK,and potato tuber starch,reducing sugar and protein content were all higher than those of CK.But when the water and phosphate applying amounts increased to a cer-tain degree,the production of the potato showed a decreasing trend instead.This phenomenon indicated that reasonable irrigation and phosphate applying ratio were in favor of improving the potato yield and quality. The treatment with irrigation amount 10.0 m3/667m2 and phosphate P2 O5 15.0 kg/667m2 was the most beneficial to local potato planting.
