大学生自我责任感培育的对策探究

摘　　要：自我责任感是大学生生存和发展的前提和基础。大学生只有具备了自我责任感才能够真正担负起对国家和社会的责任。具体说,大学生自我责任感的培育应从以下四方面着手:重视大学生心理健康教育,提升大学生的生存责任感;发挥学生社团组织的功能,提升大学生的发展责任感;加强大学生实践教育,为大学生自我责任感教育提供实践平台;注重网络教育资源的开发,创新大学生自我责任感教育手段。Personal responsibility is the premise and foundation of the survival and development of college students. College students shoulder the responsibility of the nation and the society only if they have persoral responsibilities. Specifically,the cultivation of the college students＇ sense of responsibility should include the following four aspects： firstly,attacheing great importance to the college students＇ mental health education to improveing the survival sense of responsibility; secondly improve the function of the student community organization to promote the development of college students＇ sense of responsibility; thirdly strengthening practical education to college students,and providing practice platform; Finally paying attention to the development of network education resources,and innovateing the means of students＇ sense of responsibility education.
