英文报刊阅读动机与学生自主学习能力的相关性研究

摘　　要：本文采用定量研究方法探索英文报刊阅读对于激发学生学习动机,从而提高其自主学习能力的作用。文章对问卷数据进行了相关性分析及配对样本T检验,以考察受试学生在实验前后在学习动机及学习自主能力方面的变化。相关性分析结果表明溶入型动机,学习态度,愿望及为之付出的努力程度均与自主学习能力呈显著相关。而配对样本T检验结果显示实验后受试学生表现出动机减退趋势,自主学习能力提升幅度不大,但部分能够做到坚持阅读的学生在学习动机及自主学习能力提升的各个维度均表现突出。This paper explores the impact of English newspapers reading on the generation of students＇ study motive and promotion of their autonomous learning ability through quantitative method. Correlation analysis and paired-sample T test are conducted in the paper to identify the changes of those respondents in terms of study motive and autonomous learning ability after the practice of English newspaper reading. It is shown that autonomous learning ability correlated significantly with students＇ integrative study motive,the attitude and desire of English study. Respondents,nevertheless,demonstrate de-motivation and little evidence of autonomous learning ability promotion.
