民族地区文化大发展大繁荣与民族高校图书馆的功能拓展

摘　　要：文化大发展大繁荣是提升国家竞争力的重要战略部署,在社会文化发展较为落后的民族地区开展文化大发展大繁荣具有现实意义。从图书馆建设的角度来看,西部民族地区图书馆较东南沿海地区少,文化、信息资源建设也比较薄弱。而民族高校图书馆丰富的信息资源可以弥补民族地区文化资源的稀缺,也与民族地区文化大发展大繁荣存在一定程度的契合。民族高校图书馆是学生吸收养分,学习成长的重要场所。在文化大发展大繁荣的契机下,需从以下方面拓展和延伸民族高校图书馆的服务功能:第一,结合校园文化,以学生培养服务社会;第二,结合学生社团,延伸图书馆的社会服务;第三,联合地方文化单位,为民族地区服务;第四,结合时代需求,探索新模式以适合民族地区文化发展的需要。Cultural development and prosperity is an important strategic deployment of national competitiveness.Carrying out cultural development in relatively backward minority areas also has realistic meaning. From the angle of library construction, compared with the southeast coastal areas, the ethnic minority areas have less libraries and lack culture and information resources construction. However, the universities for Nationalities have rich information resources in libraries,which can make up the scarcity of cultural resources in minority regions, which also have a certain conjunction with the culture development of ethnic areas. Under the opportunity of culture development, we need expand and extend the service function of ethnic libraries from the following aspects： First,the library should combine with the campus culture and nurture students to serve the society; Second, the library should cooperate with the student community to extend social service function of library; Third, the library should partner with the local culture institutions and serve for ethnic regions; Fourth, required by the time, the library should explore new modes in order to meet the needs of culture development in ethnic regions.
