摘　　要：为了改善现有薄膜型外热流模拟加热器制作的不足,研发了一套基于CCD视觉技术的自动量化点胶系统,该系统具备加热器粘贴位置自动画线、点胶位置智能选取、全自动点胶等多项功能,系统硬件结构稳定、人机交互界面简便友好,能够提高外热流成品制作质量及效率。In order to improve the disadvantages of production of contact electrical heater for satellite, a kind of automatic quantification system for dispensing based on CCD vision technology is researched and invented .The system can draw lines of paste location for contact electrical heater, smartly select dispensing location, automatically dispensing.The system has stabilizing structure of hardware, simple friendly interactive interface. This equipment could improve the quality and efficiency of production of contact electrical heater for satellite.
