摘  要:随着大位移水平井钻井数量增加,井况越来越复杂,传统的水平井测井工艺在工程安全、施工效率等方面的不适应逐渐暴露出来,甚至不能完成测井任务。过钻杆测井可以弥补这些缺陷,其应用也越来越广泛。但是,目前国内外的过钻杆测井系统不能监控井下仪器工作状态。针对这种情况,研制了过钻杆测井系统。它兼有电缆测井和存储测井功能,结合了传统水平井测井工艺和随钻测井的优点。在存储测井模式下,可在井底实时监控测井仪器工作状态。该系统具有可靠性高、时效高、适用范围广、测井项目全等显著特点,测井精度满足要求,能够实现常规裸眼井、小井眼直井和疑难井的测井任务,尤其适用于大斜度井、长水平段水平井的测井任务。With the increase of long-displacement horizontal wells,well condition is more and more complex. For these wells,the traditional horizontal well logging technology in the aspects of safety,efficiency is not suitable. Through-pipe logging system can make up for these shortcomings. Its application is becoming more and more wide. But normal through-pipe logging can not monitor the state of the downhole tools. So we developed a new through-pipe logging system,which combined the advantages of the traditional technology of horizontal well logging and logging while drilling. It can be used in both wireline logging mode and memory logging mode. In the memory mode,the tool can be real-time monitored. The system has high reliability,high efficiency,and wide application. The logging projects can meet the demand of customers. It can be used in the conventional open hole,slim-hole vertical wells and complicated wells,and is especially suitable for high-angle wells and long-displacement horizontal wells.
