摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定脑得生片中葛根素和阿魏酸的含量。方法色谱柱：EclipseXDB-c13（250mm×4．6mm，51μm）流动相：以l％醋酸溶液、甲醇梯度洗脱（0～5min，80％A→75％A；5～8min，75％A→70％A；8～16min，70％A→65％A），流速：1．0mL·min-1，检测波长：325nm，柱温40℃。结果葛根素的线性范围：0．6752～6．7521μg（r=0．9997）；阿魏酸的线性范围：0．004628～0．04628μg（r=0．9991），葛根素加样回收率为：99．20％，RSD=1．05％（n=6）；阿魏酸加样回收率为：100．83％，RSD=1．76％（n=6）．结论本法操作简便，准确，可用于测定脑得生片中葛根素和阿魏酸的含量。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the detemaination of puerarin and ferulic acid in Naodesheng tablets. METHODS Analyses were carried out on a Eclipse XDB-CI8 （250ram ＊ 4. 6mm,5μm） col- umn,the mobile phase was methanol-1% acetic acid with gradient elution mode （ 0 ～ 5min, 80% A→75% A ; 5 ～ 8rain,75% A→70% A ;8 ～ 16rain ,70% A→5% A） at the flow rate of 1.0mL · min-1 ,the detection wavelength was set at 325nm and the column temperature was 40℃. RESULTS The linear range of puerarin and ferulic acid were 0. 6752～ 6. 752 μg （ r = 0. 9997 ） and 0. 004628 ～0. 04628 μg （ r = 0. 9993 ）. The average recovery was 99. 20%, RSD = 1.25% （n = 6） and 100. 83% , RSD = 1.76% （n = 6）. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, and can be used for the determination of puerarin and ferulie acid in Naodesheng tablets.
