环保型染料固色剂的研究进展

摘　　要：固色剂是提高染色织物各项色牢度的一类重要助剂,它的固色性能与环保性对织物的品质具有重要的影响。根据印染行业中固色剂的最新研究进展情况,主要分析了无醛固色剂与水性聚氨酯固色剂的发展现状,对其固色性能进行比较,总结了环保型固色剂的特点,并对固色剂的发展方向进行了展望。Dye-fixing agent was a vital additive to improve the color fastness of dyed yarn,which had important effect of its performances of dye-fixing and friendly to environment influence on the quality of fabric. From the research progress of dye-fixing agent,the formaldehyde free and waterborne polyurethane fixing agents were discussed mainly.Their properties and advantages were compared. The result showed that the environment-friendly dye-fixing agent had wide applications and bright future in textile industry.
