摘 要:以4-羟基-4'-氯二苯甲酮和氯仿为原料,TEBA为催化剂,在氢氧化钾水溶液存在的条件下合成了非诺贝特酸。考察了氢氧化钾溶液浓度、催化剂用量、滴加氯仿温度和氯仿用量等因素对非诺贝特酸产率的影响。确定最佳反应条件为:4-羟基-4'-氯二苯甲酮30 g,丙酮120 g,氯仿40 g,TEBA 2.5 g,氢氧化钾水溶液浓度50%,反应温度30℃,产率可达89.7%。TEBA was used as phase-transfer catalyst to synthesize Fenofibrate acid from 4-hydroxy-4'-chlorobenzophenone and chloroform in water solution of potassium hydroxide with acetone as solvent. The effects of factors such as the concentration of water solution of potassium hydroxide,the catalyst of TEBA,the reaction temperature and the catalyst of chloroform on the yield were examined. The optimal reaction conditions determined were that 4-hydroxy-4'-chlorobenzophenone catalyst was 30 g,acetone catalyst was 120 g,chloroform catalyst was 40 g,TEBA catalyst was2. 5 g,the concentration of water solution of potassium hydroxide was 50%,reaction temperature was 30 ℃,and the yield reached 89. 7%.
