摘　　要：以团队为基础的学习(TBL)是近年来有效增强学生学习主动性和提升学习效果的现代课程教学方法。为了调动学生的学习积极性、主动性,激发学生科研兴趣,提高学生思维能力、实验动手能力、解决实际问题能力及创新能力,培养团队合作精神,本文探索在药学本科有机化学设计性实验中开展TBL教学的尝试。Team-based learning（ TBL） was effective modern mode of course teaching to enhance students＇ motivation for learning and learning effect in recent years. In order to mobilize the students＇ enthusiasm and initiative,students＇ interest in scientific research were stimulated,students＇ thinking ability were promoted,practical ability,the ability to solve practical problems and innovation capacity,and develop team spirit,the application of team-based learning（ TBL） method in teaching of designing experiments of organic chemistry for pharmaceutical students was investigated.
