摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职人才培养模式的关键环节,如何科学合理的制定顶岗实习方案,是尤为重要的。本文结合吉林工业职业技术学院实践教学改革发展的要求与实践,从顶岗实习的必要性、顶岗实习的组织与管理、顶岗实习方案设计以及顶岗实习考核与评价等方面进行了探索与思考。本顶岗实习方案已经进行了实施,并取得了良好的教学效果。Post practice teaching was the key link of higher vocational talents training mode. How to formulate the post practice teaching program was scientific and reasonable,and particularly important. Combining with the practice of Jilin Vocational College of Industry and Technology development demands of teaching reform and practice from the post practice Teaching,the necessity of organization and management,post practice teaching design and practice examination and evaluation and other aspects were explored and considered. The program was implemented in practice,and obtained the good teaching effect.
