推进城市生态文明建设策略研究与实践——以武汉市蔡甸生态区创建为例

摘　　要：党的"十八大"把生态文明建设纳入中国特色社会主义"五位一体"的总体布局,生态文明建设成为提高人民生活质量的推进剂。本文以武汉市蔡甸区生态区创建为例,提出了"天蓝、地绿、水净、城美、民富、人和"这一蔡甸国家级生态文明示范区的建设目标,指出需重点建设生态产业、生态人居、生态安全、生态环境和生态文化等五大体系。本文还对武汉市蔡甸生态区建设规划及实施情况进行了回顾,结合当前武汉市建设生态文明的新要求,提出了开展生态区建设工作的重难点及重要关注点。The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party has made the ecological civilization construction one of the five of socialism overall layout with Chinese characteristics, which becomes propulsive agent for improving the quality of people’s lives. Taking the establishment of Wuhan CaiDian eco-region as an example, this paper put forward the construction target of the national ecological civilization model area of CaiDian as ＂ Blue Sky, Green Ground, Clean Water, Beautiful City, Rich People, kind Person ＂. The paper pointed out that the construction of ecological industry, ecological habitat, ecological security, ecological environment and ecological cultural should be focused. The paper also reviewed the construction planning and implementation of Wuhan CaiDian eco-region, combined with the new requirements of current ecological civilization construction in Wuhan city, the emphasis and important focus for developing the eco-region construction were proposed..
