传承八一精神与当代大学生的人文素质养成

摘　　要：当代大学生人文素质养成中存在诸多的问题,人文社科文化知识贫乏,创新精神缺乏,理想追求迷茫,心理素质差,道德修养欠缺的现象比较明显。大力传承、弘扬八一精神,对于引领大学生人文素质养成有着十分重要的现实意义。八一精神丰富的内涵有利于激发大学生的创新意识、鼓励大学生执着追求的斗志,指导大学生努力学习科学文化知识、教育大学生永葆先进性。我们必须营造积极健康的校园文化,突出主流价值观;改进价值观教育载体,多管齐下提高大学生人文素质;加强人文学科建设,完善人文公共课程体系;增强社会实践的认识,在实践中提升大学生的人文素养。many problems exist in the humanistic quality cultivation of contemporary college students. It is obvious that some of them lack the knowledge of humanities and social sciences and the spirit of innovation. They also have problems in ideal, morality and psychological quality. To inherit and carry forward Bayi Spiritis is significant in practice to guide the quality cultivation of college students. Bayi spirit connotation can be used to inspire students＇ innovation consciousness, the spirit pursuit, the scientific and cultural knowledge study, and the advanced nature maintainence. We should create a positive and healthy campus culture, highlight mainstream values, improve the value education and students＇ humanistic quality, strengthen the humanities construction, improve the humanism curriculum system for public courses, enhance the awareness of social practice, and improve the students＇ humane accomplishment in practice.
