不同EDTA盐抗凝血对恶性肿瘤患者网织红细胞参数的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨不同EDTA盐抗凝血对恶性肿瘤患者网织红细胞(RET)参数的影响。[方法]实验采用配对研究,分别使用含EDTA-K2和EDTA-K3抗凝剂的真空采血管采集80例肿瘤患者全血标本进行RET参数,包括网织红细胞(RET#),网织红细胞千分比(RET‰),低荧光强度网织红细胞比率(LFR),中荧光强度网织红细胞比率(MFR),高荧光强度网织红细胞比率(HFR)和网织红细胞未成熟分数(IRF)的测定。采用配对t检验分析配对EDTA抗凝血中RET参数值的差异。[结果 ]EDTA-K2抗凝血的RET参数(RET#=0.0805±0.0305,RET‰=19.2±7.7,LFR=91.8±6.3,MFR=7.8±5.2,HFR=2.2±4.1,IRF=10.0±8.6)高于EDTA-K3抗凝血的RET参数(RET#=0.0628±0.0275,RET‰=15.4±6.9,LFR=89.9±8.4,MFR=6.7±3.9,HFR=1.7±2.9,IRF=7.8±5.5),且差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。EDTA-K2和EDTA-K3抗凝血的RET参数在不同癌种患者之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]不同EDTA盐抗凝血对恶性肿瘤患者RET参数的检测结果存在一定影响。[Purpose] To investigate the effects of anticoagulanted blood of different EDTA salts on reticulocyte（RET） parameters in patients with malignant tumor. [Methods] Comparative experiments were carried out,80 whole blood samples were collected with different anticoagulants（EDTA-K2 and EDTA-K3,respectively） from patients with malignant tumors,and RET parameters including reticulocytes（RET#）,the permillage of reticulocyte（RET‰）,low fluorescent reticulocyte ratio（LFR）,medium fluorescent reticulocyte ratio（MFR）,high fluorescent reticulocyte ratio（HFR）,and the immature reticulocyte（IRF）） were measured. Paired t-test was used to analyze the differences of RET parameters value between paired EDTA-anticoagulated blood.[Results] RET parameters of EDTA-K2 anticoagulated blood（RET#=0.0805±0.0305,RET‰=19.2±7.7,LFR=91.8±6.3,MFR=7.8±5.2,HFR=2.2±4.1,IRF=10.0±8.6） were higher than those of EDTA-K3 anticoagulated blood（RET#=0.0628±0.0275,RET‰=15.4±6.9,LFR=89.9±8.4,MFR=6.7±3.9,HFR=1.7±2.9,IRF=7.8±5.5）（P all〈0.05）. There were no statistical differences between EDTA-K2 anticoagulated blood from patients with different malignant tumors（P〉0.05）. Similarly,there were no statistical differences between EDTA-K3 anticoagulated blood samples obtained from patients with different malignant tumors（P〉0.05）. [Conclusions] Anticoagulanted blood of different EDTA salts would have some influence on the detection results of RET parameters in patients with malignant tumors.
