桂林医学院女生原发性痛经相关因素及干预研究

摘　　要：目的:该研究旨在了解原发性痛经在女大学生中发生情况以及原发性痛经的相关因素,观察痛经病人的血清PGF2α、PGE2含量的改变,为主动干预及探讨临床治疗痛经的新方法提供科学依据。方法:通过问卷调查的方式,随机抽取无妇科器质性病变的该校女大学生985人进行调查。了解该校女生痛经状况以及引起原发性痛经的相关因素并进行统计分析。结果:收回有效问卷931份,其中有不同程度痛经者486人,原发性痛经发生率高达52.3%。其相关因素主要是经常用凉水、忽视保暖、凉水浴、饮食生冷,经期紧张焦虑和劳累,分别占原发性痛经者的48.92%、33.02%和14.66%。结论:该校女生痛经的发病率较高,经期的不良饮食生活习惯可诱发或加重痛经。痛经病人与血清PGF2α、PGE2含量的改变是有密切关系的。Objective：This study aims to understand the occurence and related factors of primary dysmenorrhea among college students.To provide scientific evidence for active intervention and discuss a new clinical method on dysmenorrhea,we detected the change of serum PGF2 and PGE2 concentration in dysmenorrhea patients.Methods：985 school female students with non-organic gynecological lesion were randomly selected to investigate their dysmenorrhea and related factors triggering primary dysmenorrhea through questionnaire.Result：The primary dysmenorrhea incidence was 52.3% among 931 available questionnaires（namely 486 informants）,and the main inducing factors were exposure to cold things（using cold water,neglect to keep warm,cold water bath,cold diet）,menstrual tension anxiety and overworked,accounting for 48.92%,33.02% and 14.66% of inducing factors of primary dysmenorrhea respectively.Conclusions：The incidence of female dysmenorrhea is high in our school.Unhealthy eating habits during menstrual period may induce or aggravate dysmenorrhea.And the correlation between dysmenorrhea and increased level of serum PGF2α and PGE2 is highly positive.
