摘　　要：恶性肿瘤已成为现代社会人类最常见的死亡原因之一,每年有几百万人死于恶性肿瘤,在死因分类中恶性肿瘤为首位死因,对人类的生命有着巨大的威胁,而近年来发现的miRNA被证实与恶性肿瘤的发生发展有着密切的联系,能够起到癌基因和抑癌基因的作用。miRNA长约22个核苷酸,其主要功能是作用于靶mRNA促使其降解或抑制其翻译来调节靶基因的表达,在恶性肿瘤的诊断、治疗及耐药性等方面都有着重要的应用前景。Malignant tumors have become one of the most common causes of death in modern society.There are millions of people who die each year from malignant tumor and malignant tumor is the first cause of death and has tremendous threat to human life.And in recent years,miRNA has been proved to be closely related with the incidence of malignant tumors and can play the role of oncogene and tumor suppressor genes.The miRNA is 22 nucleotides long and its main function is applied to target mRNA degradation or inhibit its translation to prompt it to regulate the expression of target genes.In the diagnosis,treatment and drug resistance of malignant tumors,it has important application prospect.
