摘  要:本文研究了在不同热处理工艺条件下Inconel718合金压铸模的显微组织,并测试了该合金的力学性能。结果表明:随着热处理温度的降低,合金塑韧性减小,强度增大。基于BP神经网络构建了Inconel718合金力学性能模型,并对合金抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率和断面收缩率进行了预测。预测相关性达到0.99993,误差均在5%以内。In this paper, the microstructures and mechanical properties of Incinel 718 alloy die -casting mould after heated treatment at different temperature were investigated. The results show that the ductility and toughness of the alloy decrease but the strength increase with the decrease of treatment temperature. A model on the mechanical property of Inconel 718 alloy was established based on BP neural network and the mechanical properties including tensile strength yield strength, elongation and reduction of area of the alloy were predicted. The predicted correlation is 0.999 93, and the errors are all in the scale of 5 %.
