摘 要:耗散结构理论是探索复杂系统运动变化规律的有力工具,具有普遍的方法论意义。高职教育创新人才的培养是一个复杂的系统工程。本文以耗散结构理论为依据,探索创新思维形成的机制和运动变化的规律,提出高职教育培养创新思维的高素质技能型人才,要以开放的人才培养模式为基础,在教学过程中促进学生思维系统远离平衡态,培养学生思维系统的非线性信息处理能力和非线性思维能力,正确把握思维过程中的涨落,对于高职教育培养技能型创新人才具有重要的现实指导意义。Dissipative structure theory, with a universal methodological character, is a powerful tool to explore the laws of motion of complex systems. It is complicated systematic project in higher vocational colleges to train and educate innovative talent. In this paper, the author, based on the theory of dissipative structures, explores the formation mechanisms and movement law of innovative thinking. In addition, the author points out that the cultivation of high - quality skilled - talents for higher vocational education should be based on the model of open training educational system. During the teaching process, teachers must be sure that the students' thinking systems keep from equilibrium and develop further students' nonlinear information processing and thinking ability. Knowing well the fluctuation of the students' thinking will be of practical significance for the development of higher educational talents.
