糖肝康治疗糖尿病非酒精性脂肪肝的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察糖肝康治疗糖尿病非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将100例糖尿病非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组51例和对照组49例。治疗组予糖肝康合剂,对照组予二甲双胍合阿拓莫兰治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后血糖、血脂、肝功能、胰岛素相关指标、肝脏B超及中医临床症状的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率92.2%,对照组总有效率65.8%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组在改善患者血糖、血脂、肝功能等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:糖肝康对糖尿病非酒精性脂肪肝患者有较好疗效。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Tanggankang treatment for diabetic non - alcoholic fatty liver. Methods：100 patients of diabetic non - alcoholic fatty liver disease were randomly divided into treatment group of 51 patients and control group of 49 patients. Treatment group were given Tanggankang and control group were given Metformin and Atomolan to treat. Changes in patients＇blood glucose, lipids, liver function,insulin levels,liver B and traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatments. Results ：The total effective rate was 92.2% in the treatment group and 65.8% in the control group and there was a significant difference in two groups （P 〈0.01 ）. The treatment group in improving blood glucose levels, lipid levels and liver function indicators were better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Tanggankang has a good effect for diabetic non - alcoholic fatty liver patients.
