摘 要:监控指标是快速评价大坝性态的关键因素,对于监控和保证大坝安全运行及评价大坝真实工作性态具有重要意义。本文首次将基于性能的设计理念引入到大坝安全监控指标的拟定中,将大坝性能水平分成若干水准,选取能够真实反映大坝性能水准的性能控制指标,并考虑荷载及材料参数变量的不确定性,运用可靠度理论求得最可能失效点,将性能控制指标与变形监控指标联系起来,拟定大坝变形监控指标,精确反映出大坝真实的工作性态。以某重力坝为例演示基于性能控制的重力坝正常使用监控指标的拟定过程,分析研究成果表明重力坝正常使用性能监控指标拟定方法的有效性和可行性。Monitoring index is the key index to quickly evaluate the state of dams ,and important for monitoring and ensuring the safe operation of dams and evaluating the real state of dams .In this paper ,performance-based concept is introduced to study the formulation of monitoring index of gravity dam serviceability ,divide the performance level of dams into several standards ,select performance objectives which can accurately reflect the performance level of dams ,and consider the uncertainty of variable loads and material parameters .Reliability theories are used to obtain the most probable failure point ,connect performance objectives with monitoring index and propose dam deformation monitoring indicators to accurately reflect the real work of dam behavior .In this paper ,a gravity dam example is given to show the procedure of the formulation of monitoring index of gravity dam serviceability based on performance .Analytical results show that the proposed method of monitoring index of gravity dam serviceability is effective and feasible .
