摘 要:传统粗纱机单电机传动存在机械机构复杂、控制精度低、品种更换不方便等缺陷,提出了开发适用于教学和科研的5伺服电机单独传动的粗纱试验机方案,并重点介绍了该粗纱试验机方案中的罗拉牵伸机构、筒管卷绕机构、龙筋升降机构的应用数学模型.实践表明,该数学模型适用于机械结构简单、自动化程度高的5电机粗纱试验机,有利于提高机器的运行稳定性、控制精度,并且粗纱卷绕成形良好,满足了教学和科研的高效率、高质量以及小批量的要求.The traditional roving frame driven by only one motor is complex, low control accuracy, and inconvenient for changing. A new project is presented to develop a roving testing frame based on five servo drive motors separately, which is used for teaching and scientific research. Models of roller, tuber and lifter are emphatically introduced. The experiences show that this mathematical model is suitable for roving testing frame which is based on five servo drive motors separately, simple and highly automated. It can help to improve the stability and control precision of the roving testing frame. Also, it can help to make a good roving winding shape, and meet the needs of teaching and scientific research.
