摘　　要：创业能力是影响创业绩效的关键,社会网络为获得创业能力提供了大量的知识、信息资源,然而少有研究从创业者的角度,对社会网络、创业能力与创业绩效之间的作用机制进行探索。文章整合社会网络理论、创业能力理论,构建了创业者社会网络、创业能力与创业绩效关系的理论模型,并基于409位小微企业创业者的调查数据对研究假设进行了实证检验。结果表明:创业者的社会网络与创业绩效并非仅是简单的线性关系,创业能力发挥了部分中介作用。研究旨在对创业者挖掘社会网络价值、实现创业能力提升并获得创业绩效提供理论基础和实践支持。Entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial competence can influence entrepreneurial performance and social network provides a great deal of knowledge resources,information resources for entrepreneurs to enhance their entrepreneurial competence. However,few studies are to explore the action mechanism of social network,entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial performance from the perspective of entrepreneurs. This paper builds a conceptual model which re-flects the relationship of social network,entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial performance,and uses structural equation analysis method to conduct an empirical test on the theoretical hypothesis based on survey of 409 entrepreneurs in small and micro-enterprises. The result shows that social network and entrepreneurial performance is not just a simple linear relationship and entrepreneurial competence plays a mediating role. This study provides theoretical and practical support to social networks value and the promotion of entrepreneurial competence and performance.
