外贸转型升级背景下商务类高技能人才的培养——以浙江省嘉兴市为例

摘　　要：高技能人才是区域经济发展的主导力量,依据外贸产业结构调整及升级的人才需求,加大高技能人才培养的投入、设置相应培养专业、扩大培养渠道是社会经济发展的必然要求。以浙江省嘉兴市为例,探讨在外贸转型升级背景下浙江省外贸行业发展现状及趋势,分析外贸转型升级背景下的新变化。通过调研,摸清外贸行业高技能人才的需求状况,并对商务类岗位关键能力进行要素分析,最后探讨高技能人才培养的可行路径。Highly skilled talents are leading force of regional economic development. According to the talent requirement of structural adjustment and upgrading of international trade field, it is inevitably demanded for social economical development to increase investment in highly skilled talents cultivation, set up corresponding specialties and expand the cultivation ways. This paper, taking Jiaxing city of Zhejiang province for example, under the transformation and upgrading background of international trade industry, summerizes the current situation and tendency of international trade industry in Zhejiang province, and then analyzes the new changes. Through investigation, this paper firstly presents the needs of highly skilled talents in international trade field, then analyzes the factors of key competencies in business positions and finally probes into the feasible ways and means of highly skilled talents cultivation.
