经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤75例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术（TUR-Bt）的特点及优势。方法回顾分析2011年7月～2013年10月黑龙江省鸡西矿业集团总医院泌尿外科收治的75例膀胱肿瘤患者经尿道电切术治疗的临床资料，观察手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症等。结果全部患者顺利完成手术，平均手术时间20 min，平均术中出血量20 mL，术后无严重并发症发生，无输血病例。随访2年，11例复发，总复发率为14%，生存率为100%。结论 TUR-Bt治疗膀胱癌，创伤小、出血少、并发症少、恢复快，临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of TUR-Bt on the treatment of bladder tumor. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted about the clinical data of 75 cases with bladder tumor who were taken the transurethral bladder tumor electricity surgery in the hospial. Results All the patients were succeed in TUR-Bt with a mean operation time of 20 min,blood loss of 20 mL, no incidence of serious complications or blood transfusion. In the two-years follow-up,11 cases got recurrence with the incidence of recurrence 14% and the rate of survival 100%. Conclusion TUR-Bt is a safe and effective technique with the advantages of minor injury,better recovery, less complications and obvious effects.
