β-连环蛋白和环氧化合酶-2在人成釉细胞瘤中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的研究成釉细胞瘤中β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)和环氧化合酶-2(COX-2)的表达,阐述β-连环蛋白和环氧化合酶-2在成釉细胞瘤诊疗中的临床意义。方法采用RT-PCR法检测36例成釉细胞瘤(AB)、12例正常口腔黏膜组织中β-catenin、COX-2 mRNA的表达量。结果β-catenin mRNA在AB组表达量为(0.967±0.111),在正常口腔黏膜组为(0.641±0.042),两组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。COX-2mRNA在AB组表达量为(0.462±0.134),在正常口腔黏膜组为(0.079±0.022),两组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。β-catenin与COX-2在AB中表达呈正相关。结论 AB中β-catenin和COX-2 mRNA均高表达,且两者表达呈正相关。β-catenin和COX-2在AB的诊疗中可能起重要作用。【Objective】To study the expression of β-catenin and COX-2 in ameloblastoma tissues and discuss the clinical significances of β-catenin and COX-2 in the diagnosis and treatment of ameloblastoma.【Methods】RT-PCR method was used to detect the expressions of β-catenin and COX-2 mRNA in tissue samples of 36 ameloblastoma, and 12 normal oral mucosa. 【Results】The expression level of β-catenin mRNA in ameloblastoma tissues（0.967±0.111） was significantly higher than those in normal oral mucosa tissues（0.641±0.042）（P 〈0.05）. The expression level of COX-2 mRNA in ameloblastoma tissues（0.462 ±0.134） was significantly higher than those in normal oral mucosa tissues（0.079±0.022）（P 〈0.05）. The high expression of β-catenin was positively correlated with the positive expression of COX-2 at the same time.【Conclusions】The expression level of β-catenin and COX-2 in ameloblastoma are higher, β-catenin and COX-2 may play an important role in the detection and diagnosis of ameloblastoma.
