摘　　要：学生的社会实践是融学校教育、社会教育和自我教育为一体的教育形式,是学校培养人才的重要环节。湖南机电职业技术学院创新方法和途径,让全体学生在社会实践中受益,力求实现高职院校人才培养目标。The students＇ social practice is a form of education conbining the school education, social education and ego education, which is an important link in training talent. Hunan Mechanical and Electrical Vocational College innovates the ways of social practice, benefits all the students in the social practice, so as to realize the talent training goal in vocational college.
