摘 要:目的 :观察大蒜素注射液对临床常见耐药菌的抑制杀菌效果。方法 :将大蒜素注射液运用琼脂平板稀释法,对临床常见的泛耐药(或全耐药)鲍曼不动杆菌(PDR-Ab)和铜绿假单胞菌(PDR-Pa)进行最低杀菌浓度(MBC)试验。结果:20株PDR-Ab中19株MBC为2 mg/m L,1株MBC为0.125 mg/m L;15株PDR-Pa的MBC分别为2 mg/m L 4株,1 mg/m L 3株,0.5 mg/m L 4株,0.25 mg/m L 3株,0.125 mg/m L 1株。结论 :大蒜素注射液对两组实验菌有效好杀菌效果,对PDR-Pa的效果优于PDR-Ab。Objective:To observe the bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects of allicin injection on the drug-resistant bacteria. Methods:Agar dilution method was used to detect the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of allicin injection to the pan-drug resistant(or full resistant) Acinetobacter baumannii (PDR-Ab) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PDR-Pa). Results:In the 20 strains PDR-Ab,the MBC in 19 strains was 2 mg/mL, and in 1 strain the MBC was 0.125 mg/mL. In the 15 strains PDR-Pa,the MBC in 4 strains were 2 mg/mL, in 3 strains were 1 mg/mL,in 4 strains were 0.Smg/mL,in 3 strains were 0.25 mg/mL,in 1 strain was 0.125mg/ mL,respectively. Conclusions:Allicin injection showed good effect in 2 groups,and the effect on PDR-Pa was better than that on PDR-Ab.
