摘  要:目的了解贵阳市孕妇营养知识、态度、行为及其影响因素,为临床孕妇营养宣教工作提供科学依据。方法随机抽取贵阳市妇幼保健院定期进行产前检查孕妇340名,采用自行设计的营养知识、态度、饮食行为(KAP)调查问卷进行调查。结果贵阳市孕妇营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)水平总合格率为61.5%,其中营养知识合格率为68.3%,行为合格率69.0%,态度合格率99.0%。孕妇营养知识、态度、行为水平主要受孕妇文化程度及职业、丈夫职业的影响。结论贵阳市孕妇的营养知识缺乏,饮食行为有待改善,但态度积极,应采取多种形式对孕妇及家庭人员进行营养知识宣传和饮食行为引导,以促进母子健康。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the levels of nutritional knowledge, attitude, practice (KAP) and related influencing factors among the pregnant women in Guiyang city, so as to provide scientific evidence for developing nutritional education programs for pregnant women in the future. Methods Three hundred and forty pregnant women were selected randomly to investigate their nutritional knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) by a self-designed questionnaire in the maternal and children health care hospital in Guiyang city. Re,tits For the pregnant women in Guiyang city, the pass rate for total nutritional KAP level was 61.5%, the pass rate for nutritional knowledge was 68.3%, the pass rate for behavior was 69.0%, and the pass rate for attitude was 99.0%. The level of education, occupation, the occupation of the husband were the major contributing factors that influence KAP level on nutrition. Conchmion The pregnant women were deficient in nutritional knowledge and had incorrect dietary habits. Guidance on nutritional knowledge and dietary behavior towards pregnant women and families should be implemented through a variety of forms.
