摘　　要：结合学科建设的内涵探讨其在提高核心竞争力、促进人才培养、科学规范管理、强化业务指导、深入科学研究等方面对加强疾控中心能力建设发挥的作用,建议各级疾病预防控制中心重视和发挥学科建设的作用以提升卫生服务能力,促进事业发展。This study aimed to explore the functions of discipline construction playing on the capacity building of Center for Disease Control and Prevention, including improving core competition, promoting personnel training, scientific and standardized management, enhancing professional guidance, and studying scientific researches in a deep. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at different levels should realize the importance of discipline construction, so to enhance the services ability and improve the develonment of health cause.
