摘　　要：本文以医院开展学科建设评估的实践为基础,阐明学科建设评估对于找准学科发展定位、凝聚学科发展方向、增强学科发展动力、优化学科资源配置的重要作用,介绍医院学科建设评估的全面评价指标体系和核心评价指标体系,按照组织实施过程全面展示医院学科建设评估工作的方法与步骤,并从指标体系设立、评估专家遴选和评估结果利用三个方面剖析学科建设评估的关键要点,对各医院开展学科建设评估具有借鉴意义。Based on the practice in the evaluation of disciplinary construction （DC） in the hospital, the important roles of DC evaluation were expounded in determining the DC status , following the DC orientation , en-hancing the DC impetus , and optimizing the DC resource allocation .And then the comprehensive evaluation indices system and the core evaluation indices system were introduced along with evaluation methods and procedures .Also the essential points of DC evaluation were analyzed in the aspects of establishment of evaluation index systems , se-lection of evaluation specialists , and utilization of evaluation results .Our experience is of a reference value for DC evaluation in other hospitals .
