摘  要:目的加强门急诊临床危急值报告制度管理,保证患者得到及时诊断和治疗。方法通过对2008—2012年门急诊7 600条危急值报告分析,了解危急值报告制度管理改进的效果。结果通过危急值报告制度执行与改进,提高工作效率,患者得到更快救治。结论危急值报告制度规范化管理对危急值患者及时处理和抢救,保障患者生命安全具有重要意义。Objective To carry out the rule to report clinical critical values and to guarantee that the pa-tients could be diagnosed and cured as early as possible .Methods A total of 7 600 items of critical values in the outpatients and emergency department in 2008-2012 were selected and analyzed , to understand the effect of appli-cation of the critical values report system .Results Through the implementations and improvement of clinical criti-cal values report system , the work efficiency was improved , and the patients have got faster treatment .Conclusion To strengthen clinical critical values report system , can make doctor cure patient correctly and timely , and is in fa-vor of patients'safety.
