摘　　要：针对小散远部队卫生人员少、技术力量薄弱等问题,充分利用医院资源,对军队小散远部队卫生机构通过建立技术帮带组织和技术帮带方案,采取定位全科技术帮带、长效管理技术帮带、利用资源技术帮带方法进行实施,提高其卫生专业技能,更好地适应部队卫勤保障的需要。Aiming at solving the problems in the medical service in small scattered forces as of few health technicians and weak technological strength , a technical assisting organization and plan were constructed in the mil-itary hospital , at the same time , some measures were carried out as realizing the overall assisting of the technology , long-term assisting , and making rational use of hospital resources to improve the service skills of the medical staff of the small scattered force , thus to meet the requirements of military medical support .
