摘　　要：目的探讨血清内基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)以及MMP1/TIMP1的水平检测对缺血性脑卒中患者预后的影响与相关性。方法回顾性分析75例缺血性脑卒中患者的临床资料,并采用回归分析检测患者的预后与MMP-9、Hs-CRP、MMP1/TIMP1水平的相关性。结果治疗后预后不良组患者的MMP-9、Hs-CRP以及MMP1/TIMP1水平显著低于预后良好组,缺血性脑卒中患者的预后与MMP-9、Hs-CRP、MMP1/TIMP1水平有显著的相关性(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者的MMP-9、Hs-CRP、MMP1/TIMP1水平能够提示患者缺血性脑卒中的严重程度。Objective To explore the influence of serum matrix metalloproteinases 9（MMP-9）,high-sensitive C-reactive protein（Hs-CRP）and MMP1/TIMP1 level detection on the prognosis of patients with ischemic cerebral stroke and the correlation.Methods The clinical data of 105 patients with ischemia cerebral stroke were retrospectively analyzed,and the correlation between the prognosis and the levels of MMP-9,Hs-CRP and MMP1/TIMP1 were analyzed with regression analysis.Results After treatment,levels of MMP-9,Hs-CRP and MMP1/TIMP1 were evidently lower in poor prognosis group than in well prognosis group,and there was significant correlation between the prognosis and the levels of MMP-9,Hs-CRP and MMP1/TIMP1（P〈0.05）.Conclusion MMP-9,Hs-CRP and MMP1/TIMP1 level detection can reflect the severity of stroke for patients with ischemic cerebral stroke.
