摘 要:对一种辣椒去核机输送机构的工作原理和结构进行了阐述,分析了间歇式辣椒去核机输送机构的设计。根据其工作原理和设计思路,利用RecurDyn软件对该输送机构的链轮和链条进行建模、装配,并对其间歇式运动过程进行动态仿真。根据仿真得到的运动学曲线,对该机构不同时间段的运动状态进行了分析,证明了链轮链条机构在运动过程中不产生干涉,其运动为周期性的间歇式运动,检验了该输送结构设计的合理性与间歇式运动的可行性。This paper introduced the structure of a kind of chili pitting machine ’ s conveying mechanism and its working principle , and then analyzed the design of the intermittent conveyor .According to its working principle and design ideas , the sprockets and chains of the conveyor mechanism were modeled and assembled by the RecurDyn , meanwhile , its inter-mittent movement was dynamically simulated .Though the kinematic curves obtained from simulation , the motion state of the mechanism was analyzed in different periods .It was proved that the sprockets and chains could not produce interference in the process of movement and its movement is intermittent .What’s more, the design of the conveyor struc-ture is reasonable and its intermittent motion is feasible .
