摘 要:目的:探讨中小学教师工作压力、工作满意度与职业倦怠的关系。方法:采用中小学教师工作压力问卷、教师工作满意感量表和职业倦怠问卷对1821名中小学教师进行问卷调查。结果:工作压力与工作满意度呈显著负相关,工作压力对工作满意度有显著的负向预测作用;工作压力与职业倦怠呈显著正相关,工作压力对职业倦怠有显著的正向预测作用;工作满意度与职业倦怠呈显著负相关,工作满意度对职业倦怠有显著的负向预测作用;工作压力除直接影响职业倦怠外,还通过工作满意度间接影响职业倦怠。结论:中小学教师的工作压力、工作满意度对其职业倦怠有重要影响;工作满意度在工作压力与职业倦怠之间起部分中介作用。Objective: To explore the relationship among the work stress, job satisfaction and job burnout in primary and middle schools teachers. Methods: 1594 teachers were tested with the Working Stress Scale, Job Satisfaction Questionnaires and MBI-ES. Results: Work stress was positively and negatively correlated with job burnout and Job satisfaction respectively, and job satisfaction was negatively correlated with job burnout. Work stress and job satisfaction positively and negatively predicted job burnout respectively, and the job satisfaction served as a partial mediating role on the relationship between work stress and job burnout. Conclusion: The work stress influenced the job burnout directly and indirectly via the mediating role of job satisfactory in primary and middle schools teachers.
