摘 要:目的建立兔VX2肝肿瘤模型并进行肿瘤的125I粒子植入治疗,探讨兔VX2肝肿瘤的磁共振表现及125I粒子植入疗效观察。方法 1取荷瘤兔后部大腿肌肉内VX2肿瘤,剪成小块后,开腹后手术植于20只兔肝左叶,于术后第7、14、21d分别进行核磁共振扫描,分析肿瘤磁共振的表现。2术后第9d开腹植入125I粒子,后每隔7d进行核磁共振扫描。结果 1VX2移植瘤种植成功16只,成瘤率为80%(16/20)。磁共振表现为T1WI较低信号、T2WI略高信号影;2125I粒子治疗,对于肿瘤植入10d以内、直径小于1cm的病灶能够较好控制。结论 1开腹法制作兔VX2肝肿瘤瘤模型是一种简单、成功率高的建模方法,是肿瘤治疗、影像学实验研究较为理想的动物模型。2125I粒子对较早期的动物肝肿瘤有较好疗效。Objective To establish a rabbit VX2 hepatic carcinoma model and itnplant ^125I seed in the carcinoma. To discuss MRI performance of rabbit VX2 hepatic carcinoma and observe MRI monitoring of the efficacy of ^125I seed implantation therapy. Methods (1) VX2 tumors in hind leg muscles of tumor - bearing rabbits were cut into small pieces. After laparotomy, they were implanted into the left lobe of liver in 20 rabbits. MRI scans were performed at the 7th , 14th ,21th after implantation, respectively to analyze MRI performance. (2)Postoperative day 9th,we implanted ^125 I particles into tumor under open look,And MRI scans were performed every 7 days. Results (1)VX2 tumors of 16 rabbits were successfully implanted. The rate of tumor formation was 80% (16/20). MRI showed low signal intensity on T1WI and slightly higher signal intensity on T2WI. (2)In the ^125I seed implantation treatment of rabbit VX2 hepatic carcinoma model, tumors implanted within 10 days and less than 1 cm in diameter could be better controlled. Conclusion (1)The implantation by laparotomy is a simple modeling method with a high success rate for establishing a rabbit VX2 transplantable hepatic tumor model, which is an ideal animal model for cancer treatment and imaging studies. (2)^125 I particles to earlier animal model of liver cancer have good curative effect.
