HPLC法测定八珍益母丸中芍药苷和阿魏酸的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立八珍益母丸中芍药苷和阿魏酸含量测定的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱（4.6 mm ×250 mm，5μm）；乙腈-0.1％磷酸（18∶82）为流动相；流速为1.0 mL· min^-1；柱温35℃；检测波长为230 nm。结果：芍药苷在0.06492～0.6492μg（r＝0.9992，n＝6），平均回收率为99.52％（RSD 1.53％，n＝6）；阿魏酸在0.02652～0.2652μg范围内线性关系良好（r＝0.9996，n＝6），平均回收率为103.70％（RSD 0.99％，n＝6）。结论：该方法操作简单，分离度高，回收率好，可用于八珍益母丸中芍药苷和阿魏酸的含量测定。Objective：To establish a method for determining the paeoniflorin and ferulic acid content of in Bazhen Yimu Pills.Meth-ods：Kromasil C18 column （4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm）was used,Acetonitrile-0.1%phosphate acid（18∶82） was used as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1 ,Column temperature was 35℃and UV detection was set at 230 nm.Results：The calibration curve was linear with range of 0.06492~0.6492 μg（ r=0.999 2 ,n=6 ） and 0.02652~0.2652 μg （ r=0.999 6 ,n=6 ） and average recovery was 99.52%,RSD=1.53% for paeoniflorin and ferulic acid,The average recoveries were 99.52%（RSD 1.53%,n=6）,103.70%（RSD 0.99%,n=6）.Conclusion：The method is simple ,practicallty and convenient ,accurate with a good reproducibility ,can be used for de-termination of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in Bazhen Yimu Pills.
