药物制剂实训仿真系统在药学专业药物制剂方向实训教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨药物制剂实训仿真系统在药学专业药物制剂方向实训教学中的效果。方法对大庆医学高等专科学校2011级药学专业药物制剂方向学生62名采用传统实验实训教学,同时对2012级药学专业药物制剂方向学生57名在传统实验的基础上融入药物制剂实训仿真系统实训教学,通过对学生进行技能操作测试、药品生产质量管理规范(GMP)相关知识考核以及药企问卷调研的方式,评价融入药物制剂实训仿真系统的实训教学的教学效果。结果实验班技能操作测试成绩[(76.41±4.19)分]、GMP相关知识考核成绩[(83.68±4.53)分]均高于对照班[(81.25±5.77)、(75.33±4.86)分],差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),且药企问卷调研反馈较好。结论融入药物制剂实训仿真系统的实训教学提高了实训教学质量,培养出了具有强烈药品质量意识、能够按GMP要求生产、具有较高药品生产实践技能的药学人才。Objective To discuss the teaching effect of the simulation system of pharmaceutical preparation training in pharmaceutical preparation direction practice teaching. Methods The practical teaching combined with the simulation system of pharmaceutical preparation training was used to 57 pharmaceutical preparation students of Daqing Medical College enrolling in 2012 （experiment class）. while the traditional practice teaching was used to 62 pharmaceutical preparation students of Daqing Medical Collage enrolling in 2011 （control class）. The teaching effect of the practical teaching combined with the simulation system of pharmaceutical preparation training was evaluated through skills test, good manufacturing practice （GMP） related knowledge examination and company questionnaire. Results The scores of skill test of the experimental class [（81.25±5.77） scores] and the scores of GMP related knowledge examination [（83.68±4.53） scores] were higher than those of the control class [（76.41±4.19）, （75.33±4.86） scores], the differences were statis-tically significant （P 〈 0.01）, and the feedback of questionnaire investigation was good. Conclusion The practical teaching combined with the simulation system of pharmaceutical preparation training can improve the quality of teach-ing, and cultivate the pharmaceutical talents with a strong consciousness of drug quality, production according to GMP and higher pharmaceutical production practice skills.
