摘　　要：通过分析高校大学生个体心理咨询的特点,为构建符合当代大学生需要的个体心理咨询服务模式提供科学依据。方法:以某大学个体心理咨询档案为研究材料,进行计量学分析。结果表明:性别分布上,女生咨询人次多于男生;在学生性质上,本科生显著多于硕士研究生;在咨询问题级别上,发展性咨询占多数;在咨询问题的类别上,人际关系问题最为常见;在咨询次数上,以1-6次短期咨询为主。据此,建议高校应加大心理咨询的宣传力度,特别要增加对男性大学生的吸引力;强化研究生心理健康咨询工作;重视短期、发展性咨询,构建以短期咨询为主的服务模式。To provide a scientific basis for building individual psychological counseling service models,and to meet the needs of contemporary college students through the analysis of the characteristics of the individual psychological of college students. Methods Based on the psychology file in school,metrology analysis was done. Results（ 1） The number of consulting girls was more than boys in gender distribution.（ 2） The number of undergraduate was significantly more than graduate students.（ 3） The development consulting was major part in the level of consultation issues.（ 4） The relationship problems were the most common in consulting category.（ 5） The number of consultations was 1- 6 times. Conclusions（ 1） Universities should increase the propaganda of psychological counseling,especially increasing the attractiveness of male college students.（ 2） Colleges and universities should strengthen graduate mental health counseling.（ 3） University psychologists and counselors should be concerned about the short- term,development consulting.
