临床儿科用药合理性的研究进展

摘　　要：由于儿童年纪过小,生理上多方面功能均与成人有明显不同。因此,儿童在防御外界疾病方面的能力较弱,染病概率也较大。小儿肾功能仍未完全发育,对药物的代谢能力以及排泄能力也比较弱,不断提高儿科医疗水平。所以,在治疗儿科疾病时,掌握儿科的用药特征,确保用药的合理性很重要。建立儿科药物不良反应监测和申报制度,开展药学信息服务,减少儿科不合理用药,保证药物疗效,对提升儿科用药水平有积极促进作用。如何指导患儿正确使用药物,提高药物的安全性和有效性,降低药品不良反应的发生,是每一位药师在调配处方时应该注意的问题。Because the children are too young, multiple physiological functions and adult are significantly different, such as endocrine, neurological, liver, kidney and other aspects of the function, development, immune enzyme system of central nervous system is not perfect, so the children＆#39;s defense outside disease ability is weak, sick probability is larger. In addition, because children with renal function has not yet fully been developed, in the metabolism and excretion of drugs is weak, in the treatment of pediatric diseases, master the medication characteristics of Pediatrics, ensure the rationality of drug use is very important, the establishment of pediatricadverse drug reaction monitoring and reporting system, pharmaceutical information service, reduce pediatric irrational drug use, guarantee drug efficacy, contribute to enhance the level of pediatric drugs. How to guide the children the proper use of drugs, improve the drug safety and effectiveness, and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions, is a pharmacist should pay attention to in the prescription dispensing problems.
