改良右半结肠切除术治疗结肠癌的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨改良右半结肠切除术治疗结肠癌的临床效果。方法选取104例结肠癌患者分为观察组(改良右半结肠切除术治疗)与对照组(传统手术治疗),各52例,观察两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、淋巴结清除数、并发症以及淋巴结转移复发情况;观察两组患者的1、3、5年生存率。结果观察组的手术时间短于对照组、术中出血量少于对照组,淋巴结清除数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的淋巴结转移复发率、并发症发生率分别为9.62%、7.69%,低于对照组的25.00%、28.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的1、3、5年生存率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良右半结肠切除术治疗结肠癌的手术时间较短,能有效清除淋巴结,近期、远期疗效显著,能有效降低复发率,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of improved the right colon resection in the treatment of colon cancer. Methods 104 patients with colon cancer were selected and divided into observation group （improved the right colon resection）and control group （traditional surgery）,each group of 52 cases.The time of operation,intraoperative blood loss,number of lymph node clearance,complication and recurrence of lymph node metastasis in two groups were com-pared.The survival rate for 1,3,5-year in two groups were compared. Results The time of operation in observation group was shorter than that in control group,intraoperative blood loss in observation group was less than that in control group, number of lymph node clearance in observation group was more than that in control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Recurrence rate of lymph node metastasis and incidence rate of complication in observation group was 9.62%, 7.69% respectively,lower than that in control group（25.00%,28.85%）respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The survival rate for 1,3,5-year in observation group was higher than that in control group respectively,with statistical differ-ence（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The improved the right colon resection in the treatment of colon cancer has short operative time,can effectively remove the lymph node,with good curative effect of short-term and long-term,can effectively reduce the rate of recurrence,is worthy of promotion and application.
