儿童少年期精神分裂症父母心理控制源与应对方式的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童少年期精神分裂症父母心理控制源与应对方式的关系。方法采用内在-外在心理控制源量表(I-E量表)和应对方式问卷(CSQ)对50例儿童少年期精神分裂症父母进行问卷调查。结果儿童少年期精神分裂症父母I-E量表总分为(13.25±4.13)分,外控型心理控制源者占76.0%,内控型者占24.0%。外控型心理控制源患儿父母与内控型心理控制源患儿父母的CSQ各因子评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。相关分析显示,心理控制源与应对方式存在显著相关性(P<0.01)。结论儿童少年期精神分裂症父母多表现为外控型心理控制源,心理控制源是应对方式的预测因素,加强心理控制源教育,可矫正消极的应对方式,有助于患儿的康复。Objective To explore the relation of psychological control source and coping style of the parents of schizophrenia in children and teenagers period. Methods 50 parents of schizophrenia in children and teenagers period were researched by I-E and CSQ. Results The total of I-E in the parents of schizophrenia in children and teenagers period was（13.25±4.13）points,the parents with external control type psychological control source was 76.0%,the parents with internal control type psychological control source was 24.0%.The each factor score of CSQ of between them was compared respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.01）.Correlation analysis showed,there was significant correlation between psychological control source and the coping style （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The parents of schizophrenia in chil-dren and teenagers period show more external control type psychological control source,psychological control source is the predictive factor of coping style.Strengthen the locus of control of education, can correct negative coping style,it is conducive to rehabilitation for sick children.
