内镜下套扎术联合硬化剂治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析内镜下套扎术(EVL)联合硬化剂治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张的临床效果。方法将我院2011年至2013年期间收治的96例肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张且曾破裂的患者分成对照组和实验组各48例。对照组采用EVL治疗,实验组采用EVL联合硬化剂治疗,分别于治疗后l个月、3个月及6个月复查内镜观察临床效果。结果治疗后1个月两组总有效率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3个月及6个月实验组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论内镜下套扎术联合硬化剂治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张疗效显著,可降低近期出血风险,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic variceal ligation （EVL） combined with gastric varices sclerosis （GVS） in the treatment of liver cirrhosis patients with esophageal and gastric varices （EGV）. Methods 96 cases of liver cirrhosis patients with EGV in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with EVL, while patients in the experimental group were treatment with EVL combined with GVS. The clinical effect at one month, 3 months and 6 months of treatment was observed under endoscope. Results The total effective rate at one month of treatment had no statistical difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）, but the total effective rates at 3 months and 6 months of treatment of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Endoscopic variceal ligation combined with gastric varices sclerosis has significant effect in the treatment of liver cirrhosis patients with esophageal and gastric varices, which will reduce the risk of recent bleeding, and deserve clinical application.
