摘 要:目的检测急性髓系白血病患者外周血T淋巴细胞CD69的表达,评估T细胞活化状态,了解急性髓系白血病的免疫功能、状态。方法采用流式细胞术检测15例急性髓系白血病患者化疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞CD69的表达,同时以正常外周血标本作对照。结果急性髓系白血病组化疗前、化疗后CD69的表达均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),但化疗后CD69的表达较化疗前明显升高(P<0.05)。结论急性髓系白血病存在T细胞活化受抑、免疫功能受损。T细胞活化受抑可能是急性髓系白血病免疫逃逸的重要机制。CD69可能成为疗效评价的辅助指标及免疫治疗的潜在靶点。Objective To study the expression of CD69 in peripheral blood T cells from acute myeloid leukemia patients, evaluate the efficiency of T cell activation and investigate the immune function of acute myeloid leukemia patients. Methods The expression of CD69 in peripheral blood T cells from 15 acute myeloid leukemia patients was detected by flow cytometry. Normal peripheral blood was regarded as control group. Results The expression of CD69 in peripheral blood T cells from acute myeloid leukemia patients was significantly decreased than the control group, no matter before or after chemotherapy (P 〈0.05), but the CD69 expression in acute myeloid leukemia patients was significantly increased after chemotherapy. Conclusions There is a restrained of T cell activation and dysfunction of T cells in acute myeloid leukemia, which may play an important role in immune escape of acute myeloid leukemia. CD69 may be an assistant index for therapeutic evaluation and a potential target of immunotherapy.
