加巴喷丁对偏头痛中枢敏感化患者脑血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察加巴喷丁对偏头痛中枢敏感化患者脑血流动力学的影响。方法随机分为加巴喷丁治疗组和佐米曲普坦对照组,每组48人。应用CA症状自评量表,对偏头痛患者进行CA筛选,对CA偏头痛患者应用美国GE ViVid E9超声诊断仪,在偏头痛发作2 h后进行脑血流速度测定。结果在入组的96例患者中,在偏头痛发病后2 h,66例患者出现CA,其中GBP治疗组出现36例,Zolmitriptan组出现30例;出现率为68.8%,22、19、25人分别出现轻、中、重CA,出现率分别为22.9%、19.8%、26.0%。GBP组、Zolmitriptan组分别与治疗前相比,脑血流平均速度均降低,P<0.05或P<0.01;GBP组与Zolmitriptan组相比,明显降低,P<0.01。结论加巴喷丁可明显降低偏头痛中枢敏感化患者脑血流速度,可能对偏头痛中枢敏感化具有治疗作用。Objective：To investigate the effect of gabapentin on cerebral haemedynamics of patients with migrainal cen-tral sensitization. Method：The patients were randomly divided into gabapentin group and Zolmitriptan control group,with 48 people in each one. CA symptom checklist was used to select migrainal patients,and cerebral blood speed 2 hours after the attack of migraine was measured using American GE ViVid E9 ultrosonic diagnostic equipment. Result：Among all the 96 cases of migraine,2 hours after the attack of migraine,CA emerges in 66 cases,with 36 cases in gabapentin group and 30 in Zolmitriptan group,the occurrence rate is 68. 8%. 22 cases are of a slight CA degree,19 cases moderate degree and 25 cases severe degree,the occurrence rate is 22. 9% ,19. 8% and 26. 0% respectively. The average cerebral blood speed in both gabapentin group and Zolmitriptan group decreases after treatment,P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01;gabapentin group decrea-ses more significantly than Zolmitriptan group,P 〈 0. 01. Conclusion：Gabapentin can lower the cerebral blood speed of pa-tients with migrainal central sensitization sharply,and it may treat migrainal central sensitization.
