摘  要:少数民族高层次骨干人才硕士研究生是西部大开发的重要力量,而信息技术是其能力充分发挥的有力保障。首先总结了先前信息技术课程教学的不足,并针对这些不足和教学对象的特点提出"以应用为导向,以需求为依据"的课程改革理念;然后在充分调研学生的信息技术基础和需求的基础上,结合高等教育的教学要求对信息技术课程体系设置、教学模式、教学手段和考核方式进行创新性的改革,提出以案例为主的任务驱动和学生分组管理的教学模式,通过对两届学生的试点,取得了良好的效果。High-level backbone talents of ethnic minorities are the important driving force in China ’ s western development strategy , and information technology is the powerful guarantee of their performance of ability.The shortcomings of previous information technology course teaching are summarized.Based on these shortcomings and the characteristics of students ,“application-oriented and demand-based” curriculum reform idea is put forward.According to the research on the students ’ information technology and their needs , as well as the teaching requirements of higher education , innovative reforms have been carried out on course content setting , teaching modes, teaching methods and evaluation methods , and especially the model-driven task-based teaching and student group management should be promoted.Good results have been achieved in teaching practice.
