摘　　要：协同共赢是指大学治理过程中为了共同的目标,各利益相关者通过合作协商等方式协同共治,形成合作、共享、互动、互利的有效运行机制。我国大学实行协同共赢治理不仅是国内外大学治理大势所趋,也有其独特优势。协同共赢的大学治理可以通过协调政府大学关系、顶层设计大学内部治理结构、社会力量多元参与等路径得以实现。Thecooperative win refers to the process of governance in university, during which different parts cooperatively manage issues with common goal through communication and collaboration, forming the cooperative, sharing, open, interactive, reciprocal and effective operation system. Practicing the collaborative win model of management is the trend of college management worldwide, and the practice in China process unique advantages. The collaborative win model could be realized through coordination between college and government, the top design of college management structure, and the participation of multiple social organizations.
